Important Refund Guidelines
Here are our guidelines...
- We offer a 100% refund policy on most SA Business Plans programs, teleclasses
and live events.
- We offer a partial refund on most Business Plans and related products
depending on the progress of the project as in point 6 below.
- We will process refunds within 10 business days of your refund request.

- Live Events - Satisfaction Guarantee
If, at the end of any live event , you feel that the event was not worth the
fee you paid for, you will be refunded 100% of your registration fee, in its
entirety. This refund is valid within 30 days of the last day of the event.
Please note: in order to process your refund, we ask you to confirm your understanding
that by requesting a refund, you give up your right to use any of the material,
forms, concepts, terms, skills or other related resources that you've learned,
experienced, viewed or used from your attendance at the live event. You may

- Live Events - Cancellations, Transfers and No-Shows
We offer a full 100% refund of your payment/registration fee provided that
you cancel at least 30 days prior to the live event. No refunds are applicable
should you cancel less that 30 days before the event or if you didn't attend
the live event (no-show) for any reason. In either case, should you wish,
we would be happy to transfer your registration to the same event type in
another city (Intensives, Full Practice, etc.) with no additional fee or penalty.
You may also transfer your registration to another person anytime, without
a fee or penalty.

- Business Plan Cancellation, Termination and Satisfaction Guarantee
If, at any time, you feel that you want to withdraw your agreement with
us regarding business plan consultation or writing, the following terms
will apply:
- 50% final payment not required unless the client is satisfied with
the service.
- 100% refund available if work is cancelled before anytime is spend.
- If time is spend on the work before the service is cancelled deduction
will be made of R250 for each hour spend on the service before cancellation.
